What is Ames Investment Systems?Firm

AIS is an emerging investment manager focused on systematic macro and fundamental quantitative strategies. The process is designed to translate economic, market and liquidity information into disciplined portfolio decisions.

Has the proposed private fund launched?Offering

As of the September 2026 public materials, the proposed private fund had not been formed or launched. Formation, definitive documentation, service-provider readiness and the satisfaction of applicable legal and operational requirements are prerequisites.

Is the Offering Terms page an offer to invest?Offering

No. The page is a general confirmation of the contemplated framework only. It is not an offer, solicitation, subscription agreement or complete statement of terms. Any future offering will be made only through current definitive documents.

Can the offering terms change?Offering

Yes. Contemplated terms may be revised, supplemented, waived or replaced at any time, subject to the definitive documents and applicable law. The latest offering, subscription and governing documents delivered to and accepted by an investor control.

Who may be eligible to invest?Eligibility

Eligibility is determined under the current offering documents and applicable law. It may include accredited-investor status and additional suitability, jurisdictional, identity, anti-money-laundering or other requirements. Meeting a threshold does not guarantee acceptance.

How would a subscription be completed?Subscriptions

A prospective investor must receive and review the current offering materials, complete required subscription and compliance documents, provide requested tax and identity information, fund an accepted amount, and receive confirmation that the subscription has been accepted.

Are there public Basic, Plus or Premium investment plans?Terms

No. AIS does not present tiered public investment plans. Fees, liquidity, minimums, classes and other applicable provisions are established only by the current definitive documents and any permitted investor-specific arrangements.

Where are fees and expenses described?Terms

Management fees, performance-based compensation and fund expenses, if applicable, will be described in the definitive offering documents. Fees, expenses, trading costs and taxes reduce returns and may differ where the documents and law permit.

When can an investor withdraw or redeem?Liquidity

Any lockup, notice period, withdrawal or redemption schedule, gate, suspension, reserve or distribution provision is governed exclusively by the current definitive documents. Market stress may also affect practical liquidity.

What does systematic macro mean at AIS?Strategy

AIS uses a rules-based research and portfolio process informed by macroeconomic, fundamental and market data. Signals, portfolio construction and risk controls are evaluated together; the process does not eliminate judgment, model risk or loss.

What instruments may the strategy use?Strategy

The public strategy description emphasizes liquid public-market instruments, including equities or ETFs, U.S. Treasuries, cash and gold-related exposures. Actual permitted instruments and limits will be defined by the controlling documents.

How should I interpret performance evidence?Research

Live trading, historical managed-account composites, out-of-sample research, in-sample development, backtests and modeled results are separate evidence categories. They involve different assumptions and limitations, and none guarantees future results.

Can diversification or stress testing prevent losses?Risk

No. Diversification cannot eliminate loss, correlations may change suddenly and stress tests cannot capture every market or operational event. Actual losses can exceed modeled scenarios, including the possible loss of all invested capital.

What are the principal risks?Risk

Risks include market, model, data, backtest, execution, liquidity, concentration, correlation, interest-rate, commodity-linked, counterparty, operational, cybersecurity, key-person, regulatory and tax risks. A complete discussion belongs in the definitive documents.

Who holds investor assets?Operations

Depending on the final structure, assets may be held through independent custodians, brokers, banks or other financial institutions. AIS is not a bank, broker-dealer or custodian, and third-party custody does not protect against investment loss.

What materials can a prospective investor request?Diligence

Prospective investors may request current preliminary or definitive materials, strategy information and operational-diligence information when available. Access may depend on eligibility, confidentiality and the stage of the offering process.

Is website account access the same as investing?Accounts

No. Creating a website account, using platform features or contacting AIS does not create a fund subscription, advisory relationship or ownership interest. An investment requires a separately accepted subscription under definitive documents.

What should I do if I cannot access my account?Accounts

Use the password-recovery option on the login page or contact an AIS representative. Never send passwords, brokerage credentials, account numbers or API secrets through the public contact form.

How can I speak with a representative?Contact

Use the representative-contact button below to send a message, or schedule a call. Please state whether your question concerns offering materials, allocator diligence, an existing account or a general inquiry.

Does AIS provide legal, tax or accounting advice on this website?Advice

No. Public website information is general and does not replace advice from your own legal, tax, accounting, regulatory or investment advisers. Prospective investors should consult advisers familiar with their circumstances.
